Overview

What's Inside

One page covering who Apzumi is: a digital health software house with 13+ years on the market, 70+ people on board and 120+ projects delivered from the EU, working across digital health, wellness and fitness, and digital insurance.

The six services we deliver - product design, web app development, mobile app development, AR/VR development, AI development, and maintenance and support - set beside the know-how a regulated health product actually needs: HL7, FHIR and DICOM for data integration; HIPAA and GDPR for data privacy; DiGA and PECAN for compliance; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 for data security; IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 for the medical device lifecycle.

And the third-party recognition behind it: Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Central Europe, Clutch's fastest-growing list and its Top Software Developers in Medical, a 5.0 out of 5.0 Clutch rating, and an ISO 27001 certification issued by LL-C.

Why this matters

Choosing a build partner for a health product is largely a question of what that partner already knows. The standards on this page are not preferences - a product that touches patient data or claims a medical purpose has to meet them, and a team learning them on your project learns them at your expense.

It is also the fastest way to answer what comes up first in any procurement conversation: how long the company has existed, how many people it can put on a project, which regulatory regimes it has already worked under, and who has independently audited it.

Hand it to a stakeholder who needs the short version, or keep it beside a longer brief as the page that answers "who are these people" without needing a call.

Who is it for

Digital health

Products that handle clinical data or claim a medical purpose - the page lists the integration standards behind them (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and the medical device lifecycle they ship under (IEC 62304, ISO 13485)

Wellness and fitness

Consumer health products, and the privacy regimes they fall under the moment they start collecting health data: HIPAA and GDPR

Digital insurance

Insurance products going digital, alongside the data security standards the page certifies against: ISO 27001 and SOC 2
