1. Initial Call

If you get the invitation, that means we want to know you better!

During this 45-60 minute video call, we will get to know each other. We will unveil some mysteries about Apzumi and ask you some questions about your needs, expectations and experience in this role. We will also explain the next steps of our recruitment process.

2. Technical Interview

During this 90-120 minutes online interview, we'll provide more context about the role you applied for and about standards we follow in Apzumi.

You'll have the opportunity to tell us about your career and interest in this role. We may ask you some in-depth role-related questions, and we'll answer any pressing questions you may have.

First Call - Good to know

During the first recruitment process, we get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. The meeting includes:

  • Introduction to Apzumi – who we are, what we do, brief overview of the specific role we are recruiting for
  • Your experience - previous projects, teams you’ve worked with, and your role in them
  • Interpersonal questions - your professional growth, motivation, key experiences, and expectations
  • Formal details - your current situation, notice period, preferred contract type, and salary expectations
  • English check - a short conversation in English to assess language skills
