The Spirit of Holiday Retreat
Every year at Apzumi we take a moment to step away from daily projects and celebrate what we’ve built together as a team. Holiday Retreat 2025 was a special opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognize outstanding work, and simply enjoy time together.
This year’s celebration took place in a cozy Spanish restaurant, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere for the entire evening. Surrounded by authentic décor and the aromas of traditional cuisine, the team enjoyed a variety of Spanish tapas and local specialties, making the retreat feel both intimate and festive.
Apzumi Awards – Celebrating Our Best Products
As always, an important part of the event was our annual presentation summarizing the year at Apzumi. In our signature style, the recap mixed meaningful milestones with humor. The presentation touched on major company developments, including our ongoing growth, internal initiatives, and the evolution of the Apzumi brand.
This year, however, the recap had a special twist — it was organized as a gala-style awards ceremony, inspired by classic film award nights.
Continuing the story of our brand heroes, AppZoo and Mii, the two robots once again appeared as the hosts of the evening. In the narrative, they invited the Apzumi team to a special awards gala celebrating the best products created over the past year.

During the gala, we presented Apzumi Awards across multiple categories highlighting the diversity of products we build. Each category featured three nominated projects and one winner.
The categories included:

- AI Innovation
- Entertainment Product

- Telemedicine Product
- Therapeutic Product
- Rebrand of the Year

- Product of the Year
To make the ceremony even more memorable, we prepared a custom Apzumi award statuette for the winners — a small but meaningful symbol of the creativity, dedication, and teamwork behind every successful product.
Team Photos, Memories, and Celebration
No award gala would be complete without a photo wall, and ours quickly became one of the highlights of the evening. Teams responsible for nominated and winning products gathered to take photos, celebrate their achievements, and capture the moment together.
Continuing our tradition, the team also received small symbolic gifts. This year’s surprise was a set of branded Apzumi polo shirts with the Apzumi emblem — a simple but meaningful reminder that while we work on many different products and projects, we are all part of the same team.
Beyond the formal part of the event, the retreat was, above all, about spending time together. There were long conversations, lots of laughter, great food, and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that reminds us why building products as a team is so rewarding.
And of course, we couldn’t end the evening without a bit of fun — karaoke made a return this year, bringing plenty of energy and memorable performances to close the celebration.
Looking Back, Moving Forward
Holiday Retreat 2025 once again reminded us how much we can achieve together — and how important it is to pause, celebrate our successes, and appreciate the people behind every Apzumi project.
It was a fantastic evening, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.
